Actress Diane Keaton died Saturday after becoming ill with pneumonia, according to a death certificate obtained by CNN.

Notably, Keaton's cause of death was listed in the document as "primary bacterial pneumonia", with no other significant conditions listed as contributing factors.

It also shows that there is no surgery.As previously mentioned, even in the death of the profile, the Los Angeles Examiner may not participate if the death is from natural causes.
A spokesman for the Los Angeles Fire Department said Saturday that they received a 911 call at Keaton's address early Saturday morning and paramedics took one person to the hospital.The person being transported was identified as Keaton, a law enforcement source said.
Keaton was a famous and prolific actor whose career spoke over decades and involved much praise, including the Oscar he won for Annie Hall.
Since his death, his colleagues have paid tribute to Star and remember him as a person with personality, heart and a lot of talent.
