Shohei Ohtani's game-tying performance in the Dodgers' Game 4 NLCS win over the Brewers had us all thinking the same thing: Was it the greatest single performance by an athlete ever?

Tom Brady sure thinks he's up there.

"I think it's one of the greatest sports of all time," Brady said on a recent episode of "StoryTime."

Ohtani's performance also has Brady thinking about what the NFL would be a good fit for such a guy. Therefore, there have been many incidents in the player even plays both offense and defense in the modern and defender believes that the last big punch.

So, let's take a look at an NFL performance that feels like it's close to perfect. This list also includes a few games from him, although Brady still feels like he made the table.

"I wasn't a part of too much," Brady said."For me, I always felt like I left some out there. I had some games that were pretty good."

Even an October snowstorm couldn't keep Brady from a trip for the ages in 2009.

“I think the first half against Tennessee in 2009 in the snow — they threw five touchdown passes in the second half," Brady said. "We won the game 59-0.I think Tennessee actually finished with a negative yardage in that game. That's wonderful."

Brady Chance's five passing yards in the second quarter of that game were the most in one quarter in NFL history. He finished the day with six touchdowns and 380 yards.

And Brady's performance in the Titans offense was almost identical.Tennessee was positive on the day in total yards, but finished with 7 passing yards.

The Goat had three career shutouts, but two of his games on this list did not include those games.

"There was another game I played in, in 2007, I think it was a night game, and we went on a road trip," Brady said."It was amazing. We defended around the perimeter and gave a great effort. We played one of the best games I can remember as a team."

As Brady led the Patriots to a 56-10 victory that day, New England scored touchdowns on all eight drives he was on the field.Brady threw for 373 yards and five touchdowns in that game, four of which went to Randy Moss.

Peyton Manning vs. Baltimore Ravens, Week 1, 2013

When Brady suited up for the Ravens-Broncos game that opened the 2013 season, he expected Denver to lose.Instead, he walked through his bedroom to witness his best competitive walk of all time.

"Penniton threw seven touchdowns in that game," Brady said.I can't believe what's happening, Pennyton has always been a big rival for our team, so I know they're going to make a run at the number 1 seed.

"So he started that season, and not only did he have a good game, he threw 55 touchdowns that year, which is a record that has never been broken."

Brady actually managed the ash issue in reality before Manning broke it in 2013, throwing a "Sheriff" that felt his.

Joe Montana vs. Miami Dolphins, Super Bowl XIX

Brady's roster is just one game away from a Super Bowl, but Montana's exit in Super Bowl XIX is one of the greatest in Super Bowl history.

"It's kind of hard for you guys to pick, but I remember it because I'm a 49ers fan," Brady said."He threw three touchdowns, ran for a touchdown and they beat the Dolphins - 330 yards. I know it's an incredible yard."

Montana also left Dan Marino on the Dolphins as the Dolphins quarterback became the first player to ever throw for 5,000 yards in a season that year. This was Montana's second Super Bowl, helping the 49ers win, 38-16.

Peterson not only set the record for most rebounding yards by a quarterback in 2007. He ran for 296 yards against the Chargers, but it was also the second 200-yard game by a Vikings running back of the season. He rushed for 224 yards to start the year and totaled 300 yards and averaged 9.9 yards per carry on the day in the Vikings' 35-17 victory over the Chargers.

"That was crazy," Brady said of Peterson's performance, which included four touchdowns.

Julio Jones vs. Carolina Panthers, Week 4, 2016

Brady also had a few receivers he wanted to call up for this list.

"Julio Jones, he's my former boss, he had a 300-yard return against Carolina State. That being said, it's a crazy trait.

Jones instang 12 officiations for 300 meters and a pie in the 48-33 victory that day.His 75-yard catch to help seal the Falcons' four of the four products on the day.

Jerry Rice Vs.Atlanta Falcons, Week 6, 1990

Moffe is arguably the best receiver in NFL history, having four games with more than 200 yards receiving in his career. One of them does stand out for Brady, though.

"I remember Jerry Fish once caught five touchdowns and went for 225 yards," Brady said.

Rice's five receiving touchdowns in this game are the most all-time in an NFL game. All five were productive, however, as the 49ers defeated the Falcons in a high-scoring affair that day, 45-35.

Ed Reed to Philadelphia Eagles, week 12, 2008

This list wouldn't be complete without the protection of protection, and it's heartbreaking to know that.

"There was one defensive performance that stood out," Brady said."That guy was one of the best defensive players I ever played against, Ed Reed ... ends up catching two passes and taking one to the house. One of the best defensive performances from one of the best defensive players in NFL history."

This was actually one of four times Reid had two interceptions in a game during the 2008 season. But as Brady said, there's a reason why this one stands out. Kevin Kolb's interception of Reed in the fourth quarter earned him a 107-yard return touchdown, making it the longest interception return in NFL history and making his mark in NFL history.
